Role Overview:
Create user-focused designs for web and mobile applications. Lead design efforts from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and create user personas and flows
- Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and visual assets
- Collaborate with developers for smooth handoff and implementation
- Ensure designs are accessible and responsive
- Participate in usability testing and iterate based on feedback
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (Figma preferred)
- Knowledge of design principles and user-centered design
- Experience working with development teams remotely
- Good communication and presentation skills
