Role Overview:
Own the full product design lifecycle, balancing UX research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver compelling user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery sessions and define UX strategy
- Design wireframes, flows, and UI components
- Conduct user testing and iterate designs
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders
- Drive consistency through design systems and guidelines
Requirements:
- Experience in end-to-end product design
- Strong UX research and visual design skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional remote teams
- Clear communication and client-facing experience
